阿门阿前一棵葡萄树
阿嫩阿嫩绿的刚发芽
蜗牛背着那重重的壳呀
一步一步地往上爬阿树阿上两只黄鹂鸟
阿喜阿喜哈哈在笑他
葡萄成熟还早得很哪
现在上来干什么阿黄阿黄你呀不要笑
等我爬上它就成熟了阿门阿前一棵葡萄树

The Snail and the Orioles
Before the door there grows a grape tree.
It’s delicate, light-green leaves have just begun to sprout
A snail, carrying its heavy shell,
Slowly, inch by inch, crawls its way to the top.And on top of the tree, there sit two orioles,
And they laugh so hard at the snail;
“The time the grapes will ripen is still not even close,
So what are you doing climbing up there now?”“Oh, yellow orioles, don’t laugh at me
By the time I reach the top, the grapes will be ripe.”Before the door there grows a grape tree.
